If your date is available and we've reviewed your questionnaire fully, we'll reach out to schedule a consultation call. During this call, we'll explore your ideas, review your Pinterest board, create a detailed wish list, and get a clear understanding of your overall aesthetic.

Based on our conversation, I’ll create a custom proposal outlining the services and details tailored to your unique vision. Once everything is finalized, your wedding date will be secured with a signed contract and 25% deposit within 7 days of our call.

Around 3 months before your wedding, we’ll schedule your final design meeting. From table numbers to large-scale installations, every detail will be thoughtfully crafted to reflect your style and vision. Together, we’ll plan, mock up, and finalize a cohesive signage collection that brings your wedding day to life. At this time, 50% of the total balance will be due to move forward with production.

We’ll schedule a final details meeting to refine all day-of items, ensuring you're involved every step of the way for approval. Once everything is approved, our team will create each and every detail for you. The remaining 25% balance is due one month before your wedding.

On the day-of, all you have to do is sit back and relax while we arrive to bring your signage vision to life! We’ll ensure every detail is perfectly placed, and once the celebration is over, we’ll handle the breakdown so you can enjoy every moment without a worry in the world.
