  • Inquire

    Start by filling out the inquiry form on our website to share your important details. We'll provide our portfolio, additional service information, and a curated design questionnaire to better understand your needs, preferences, and budget.

  • Consultation Call

    If your date is available and we've reviewed your questionnaire fully, we'll reach out to schedule a consultation call. During this call, we'll explore your ideas, review your Pinterest board, create a detailed wish list, and get a clear understanding of your overall aesthetic.

  • Contract & Proposal

    After our call, you'll receive a custom-curated proposal with mockups based on your wish list, along with estimates. To secure your date, simply approve the designed mockups, finalize your must-haves, sign the contract, and place a 25% deposit within 7 days of our call.

  • Design Stage

    Around 3 months before your wedding, We'll arrange a call to review any updates you have and begin the final design stage. At this time, a 50% payment is due.

  • Final Details

    We’ll schedule a final details meeting to refine all day-of items, ensuring you're involved every step of the way for approval. Once everything is approved, our team will create each and every detail for you. The remaining 25% balance is due one month before your wedding.

  • Day Of

    On the day-of, all you have to do is sit back and relax while we arrive to bring your signage vision to life! We’ll ensure every detail is perfectly placed, and once the celebration is over, we’ll handle the breakdown so you can enjoy every moment without a worry in the world.
