  • Inquire

    Let’s start dreaming up your wedding signage! Submit an inquiry and I'll send you a questionnaire where you can share all the exciting details, from your venue and color palette to your signage wishlist and inspiration photos. The more details you share, the better I can bring your vision to life.

  • Consultation Call

    If your date is available and I've had a chance to review your questionnaire, I'll reach out to schedule a consultation call. During our call, we'll dive into your ideas, review your Pinterest inspiration, build out your signage wishlist, and discuss the overall look and feel you're envisioning for your wedding day. This is where we start bringing all of the details together and creating a plan that feels uniquely you.

  • Contract & Proposal

    After our call, I'll put together a custom proposal designed specifically for your wedding day. Inside, you'll find personalized signage recommendations, pricing, and all the details needed to bring your vision to life. When you're ready to move forward, simply sign your contract and submit your 25% retainer within 7 days to officially reserve your date on my calendar.

  • Design Stage

    About 3 months before your wedding, we'll begin bringing your signage vision to life. During our design kickoff call, we'll discuss your style, inspiration, materials, and all the details that will make your signage feel uniquely yours. After our meeting, I'll create your first round of custom mockups and present design concepts for your review. We'll then work together through revisions & refinements until every piece is finalized and ready for production. At this time, 50% of your remaining balance will be due to begin the design and production process.

  • Final Details

    As your wedding day approaches, we'll schedule a final details meeting to ensure every element is thoughtfully planned and ready to go. Together, we'll review your timeline, confirm signage placement, finalize guest list details & make any last adjustments needed. Exactly 1 month before your wedding, I'll send over a design approval form that includes every signage piece for your review. This is your opportunity to give final approval on all designs, wording, colors, and layouts before production begins. Once the approval form is signed, no additional design changes can be made. After approval, I'll begin producing each custom piece and preparing for installation. The remaining 25% balance will also be due at this time.

  • Day Of

    Wedding day is finally here! All that's left for you to do is relax and enjoy every moment. My team and I will arrive to install and style each signage piece, ensuring every detail is perfectly placed and ready for your guests. From statement installations to the smallest finishing touches, we'll bring your vision to life exactly as planned. Once the celebration comes to an end, we'll return to carefully break everything down, allowing you to soak in every moment of your day without worrying about a thing.
